So What Now?!? It’s Coming!

Wow! Thank God for reminders. I know it’s easier said than done, but we have to stay encouraged. The past few weeks have been crazy. Traveling for work, personal vacations, and training sessions caused me to be out of the office almost daily. It happens to us all, and sometimes we just want to shutdown and escape. Let me tell you what has blessed me this week. I know everyone won’t feel me, but that Tasha Cobbs “I’m Getting Ready” collaboration with Nicki Minaj will get you right. I know we get hung up on the artist, but those words. OMG!!! #ImReady #ReadyForOverflow

Here’s what I know. Everyday, seemingly, life throws us unexpected blows. And with every NEW blow, we are still questioning when the last blow will be reconciled?! Then this scripture blessed my entire life this week. “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him” (1 Cor. 2:9). Sum it up like this: WE HAVE TO STOP THINKING! Maann…ya’ll pray for me. I am the QUEEN of analyzation. Is that a word?! LOL! Like it will take months for me to make a big purchase. Hmph! Shoot! Even a small bill. I wouldn’t even add a Spotify account until I figured out a way to find $17. Hah! Was it there? Of course? Did I want to create a new bill? Absolutely NOT! Point is. With Christ we can’t over think it. We will mess around and think our way out of a blessing. We’ve heard it before. Lord, whatever you are doing in this season, please don’t do it without me. #EyesHaventSeen

A few things we need to consider. 1) Believe the Promise. “As it is written” means that you can count on it being done. Why? God is not a man that He should lie. Whatever He has spoken will come to pass. It’s not a matter or question of IF. It’s all about WHEN! 2) Trust the Preparation! Even when it looks like nothing, trust that God is up to something. There’s a lot of behind the scene work going on. Make no mistake about it, everything is for His glory. The scene will be set so good that when it’s all said and done there will be no question about who is responsible. #StayAligned He won’t let you fall. Whatever He’s preparing, KNOW that it’s worth the wait! 3) Get ready to Prosper! Not necessarily talking about financially wealthy or without heartache. I’m simply stating that you will prosper even in the situation because God will give you grace to endure it. Remember what John said, “Beloved I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers” (3 John 1:2). And He will also bless you with more than you even asked for. That’s why it takes FOREVER sometimes. If we got it when we wanted it, we wouldn’t know how to handle it and we would be sure and take all the credit. God says, “let me take my time.” I promise you. He will deliver when it’s time, and there will be no need/reason to send it back. You will be ready! #MoreThanEnough

Remind yourself. It’s Coming!!!!
